1、 Preface

The distribution of wristbands for various exhibitions or events mainly includes two categories: visitor (audience) wristbands and staff identification documents. 2、 The RFID wristband system achieves its goals

For large-scale conferences, exhibitions, concerts, etc., due to the large number of participants and the huge amount of data, it is necessary to store the data centrally in the central database server, and send requests for calling when needed (including unified wristbands, statistics of various data, etc.); In addition, for some users who temporarily purchase (or receive) wristbands for free, they need to collect their personal information at various wristband information points and upload it to the central database. Therefore, each wristband client needs to have certain data processing capabilities and provide an online registration platform.

Therefore, the system should be developed in combination with C/S and B/S modes, highlighting the advantages of both methods to achieve system requirements quickly and effectively.

(1) Basic functions of the wristband identity confirmation subsystem

Wrist strap distribution: The wrist strap management personnel confirm the type, unit price (or free), and expiration date of the wrist strap, and complete the on-site delivery of the wrist strap. The wrist strap distribution/printing terminal can then distribute all completed deliveries;

If the authentication is passed, the information is correctly read out, and confirmation information is returned, indicating legal approval;

(3) Basic functions of booth LED video activation and audience recording subsystem

For interested customers, on the premise of activating the LED video, the exhibitors can use the handheld to identify the audience’s RFID wristband, and after the exhibition, they can call out their information in the database for analysis and printing (if possible, they can also use the wireless transmission function on the handheld to connect to the central database for real-time data update and viewing);

(4) Basic functions of statistical analysis subsystem

On site statistics on the distribution of wristbands at different venues and time periods;

4、 System workflow

Detailed process description:

(1) Registration

Similar to the current exhibition process, visitors should first fill out an information collection card for registration (or use business card exchange) before entering the venue, so as to print wristbands and subsequent information collection and statistics. It can be combined with the online registration subsystem to register in advance before participating in the exhibition to avoid congestion.

(2) Collar and wrist strap

The information entry personnel will input the basic information of the completed information collection card into the database and make the corresponding wristband, which contains the basic information of the visitor (such as name, unit, etc.).

(3) Entrance

Visitors wearing wristbands can directly pass through the entrance passage, and RFID reading devices can effectively recognize and automatically release them. If the wristband is invalid, expired, or exceeds the limit of times, an alarm will be triggered.

(4) Booth

For interested customers, under the premise of activation, exhibitors can use handheld devices to identify the customer’s RFID electronic wrist strap, and after the exhibition, they can call up their personal information, browsed booths and stay time in the database for analysis and printing.

(5) Export

When leaving the exhibition hall, it is also necessary to pass through the exit channel. RFID reading equipment can effectively recognize and automatically release the goods. If the wristband is invalid, it will prompt an alarm, and it is also convenient to record the time customers stay in the exhibition hall and count the number of people in the exhibition hall.

(6) Wrist strap recycling

For environmental reasons, visitors can throw RFID wristbands into the recycling bin after leaving the museum, or use them as souvenirs for the audience.
